HR Business Partner – Generalist
We have an exciting opening here at Joules for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to work at our Distribution Centre in Corby.
Reporting to our HR Director this role will suit a highly credible HR professional who has the confidence to quickly build strong relationships with key stakeholders. With strong generalist experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will have a proactive and forward thinking outlook and be able to demonstrate the ability to operate in a commercial and ever-changing market.
Key responsibilities of this role will include: Delivery of business projects, working with the Head of HR to create and implement training and development initiatives, proactive and commercial management of a diverse employee relations caseload using strong employment law knowledge and influencing skills; working with the Resourcing team to support the delivery of a robust and effective recruitment service to the business, helping to find and recruit the best talent available.
