About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at Joules’ Head Office in Market Harborough on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This role reports to our Group Management Accountant and will join a Finance team of 34.
This Purchase Ledger role is fast paced and you will primarily be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Stock Accountant, Stock Purchase Ledger and the wider Finance team. Additionally, you will liaise with key departments within Joules such as our Buying, Logistics and Merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk are:
You will have exceptional communication and administrative skills and will enjoy working with numbers and have strong Excel skills. You will have great attention to detail and, crucially, you will have previous experience of working to tight deadlines.
