Supply Chain Capacity Planning Manager

To ensure we are brilliant in all that we do, Joules now has an exciting newly created opportunity for a Supply Chain Capacity Planning Manager on a permanent, full-time basis based at our Distribution Centre in Corby.

The main purpose of the Supply Chain Capacity Planning Manager will be to establish a supply & demand capacity planning process, manage total inventory from origin to channel fulfilment.  Identify constraints within the current framework, present the impact and provide solutions to deliver continuous improvement and support future growth.

The successful candidate will forge key relationships with our Logistics team based in Corby, our Merchandising, Buying and Finance teams at our Head Office, and with our New York and Shanghai office.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have demonstrable working experience of capacity planning within a complex multi-channel International retail business. You will be highly numerate and an excellent communicator who has the ability to engage and influence teams across wider business and bring to life the importance of supply chain process. Crucially, you will be able to use initiative and be resilient with the drive to seek out information to support the resolution of supply chain challenges.
