About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our business supporting our Head Office and International teams. The role is based at our Head Office in Market Harborough and has responsibility for approximately 260 people based at that site as well as a further 50 based internationally in Europe, USA and China.   

The role has responsibility for supporting Head Office functions including Design, Merchandising, Buying, Technical, Wholesale, Finance, Marketing, E-Commerce and Creative Services.  The role reports in to the HR Director and is also supported by a centralised Resourcing Team, HR Operations Team and Learning &Development function.

You will drive the implementation of the HR strategy to support the continued growth of this rapidly expanding and highly successful business.  Maintaining our unique culture is high on the agenda with communication and engagement as number one priorities.

The candidate:-

  • You will be highly credible, preferably CIPD qualified HR Business Partner, with an understanding of working within a brand led business.
  • Robust and resilient with a strong ability to influence decision making at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and activities to deliver those adding real value to the business.
  • Highly effective communicator both on a one to one and group basis.
  • Able to quickly develop really effective long term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Unflappable and able to deal with complex and challenging issues in a calm and composed manner.
