About the role

Due to continued growth in our International markets we are now looking to recruit an E-Commerce Assistant to join our E-Commerce team at our head office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

This is a really exciting opportubity to support the E-commerce Marketplace Manager in the development of Joules International e-commerce plans for US and Germany including our online marketplace propositions on a global basis

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the E-commerce Marketplace Manager on trading initiatives for our international websites
  • To support with digital marketing activities in international territories
  • To provide statistical and analytical insights into international trading activity
  • To support in offline marketing campaigns and activities in international territories
  • To offer support in an ad-hoc manner to the wider e-commerce team
  • To support the E-commerce Marketplace Manager in the implementation of a cross-border trade solution
  • Work with the E-commerce Marketplace Manager to develop and implement a marketplace strategy that will grow Joules brand presence and awareness in international territories
  • To support in the project to deliver Zalando as an International marketplace
  • To offer support in the business and operational relationships with third party marketplace integrators
  • To offer support in understanding the implementation and functioning requirements of different marketplaces including feeds, logistics and customer service.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  • Experience of using e-commerce marketplaces in the UK and ideally internationally.
  • Good digital skills across marketing and e-commerce trading
  • Understanding of different wholesale and fulfilment models.
  • Excellent communications skills (verbally and written)
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good commercial acumen
