You will work with the HRBP and you will offer first class HR thinking and support across our Head Office and Market Harborough and our DC based in Corby.
Your role will be supporting the delivery of the HR strategy which in turn allows the business to continue with its amazing success story.
Key focus areas of the role will be working and coaching line managers on all aspects of people performance and development, recruitment, reward and employee relations issues.
You will be able to demonstrate that you can develop effective relationships with key stakeholders quickly, that you can think on your feet, find creative solutions to people challenges, understand and advocate business culture, and have a real appreciation of employee engagement.
