About the role

Due to continued success within our US markets we are now looking to recruit an additional Junior Account Executive to join the Joules team based in New York.

Reporting in to our Senior Account Executive and working alongside an existing team of Account Executives  the successful candidate will be the key contact for our Canadian distributor and Canadian house accounts, whilst also supporting the account exec team and taking ownership of all office matters.

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Planning and coordinating the showroom seasonal sales calendar
  • Ensuring all designated accounts are managed effectively day to day
  • Building and updating sales reports
  • Order processing, accessing supplier portals and weekly updates
  • Promoting the Joules brand amongst existing customers
  • Attending trade shows and market appointments
  • Identifying new opportunities across key categories and products
  • Ownership of all office related contracts such as cleaning, printer services etc

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Previous experience of working with US national retailers
  • A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
  • A proven track record of working in National Accounts
