Due to our new Learning and Development programme being so well received this year by our Head Office and Retail colleagues we are now looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join the Joules family.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting in to our Learning and Development Manager you will own and deliver on all training requirements for the retail estate across the UK and Ireland. This will include delivering on the L&D strategy, impacting retail results through the implementation of induction, development, reviews, talent and service initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous retail training experience
  • A full valid UK driving license as this is a field based role
  • Understanding of learning cycle
  • Experience of dealing with multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Project delivery experience
  • Design and delivery of training at induction, customer service and leadership levels
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent standards of written and verbal communication including powerpoint expertise
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Understanding of learning theories
  • Previous experience of working with a wide range of senior stakeholders
