We now have an exciting opportunity for a Web Analytics and Customer Experience Manager to become part of our E-Commerce team. This is the department who are working hard maintaining, trading and merchandising the website, compiling our colourful catalogues and creating email campaigns.
Purpose of the role:
In the position of Web Analytics and Customer Experience Manager you will be providing actionable insight and reporting for the trading team and wider E-commerce teams using Adobe analytics and other measurement tools. You will also be managing website customer experience and optimisation improvements to improve site conversion, whist working closely with the Customer team to manage the development and success of our web personalisation programmes.
