As a multi-channel brand with a global appeal, we carefully design clothing, footwear and accessories for women, men, children and babies – whilst our homeware, toiletries, eyewear and other new collections are constantly expanding.
Due to our growing success in the US - mainly through wholesale channel partnerships with retailers such as Dillards and Nordstrom (alongside nearly 650 independents) we are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Planning and Operations Manager to join our US team in New York.
Purpose of the role:-
The Supply Chain Planning and Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational relationships between US wholesale customers, the US 3PL (Veeco) and outbound couriers.
Responsibilities will include:-
Developing financial models and processes to support the delivery of all KPIs
Managing the relationship with the US 3PL (Veeco)
Supply Chain development solutions in conjunction with the global Supply Chain strategy
Building strong, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure all risks are managed and recommendations are made to optimise fulfilment opportunities
What we are looking for:-
Central Supply Chain inventory management
Sales and operational planning experience
Experience ofIT development
Project management experience
Experience preferred within a multi/omni channel business
Excellent communication skills across all mediums
