Due to the business developing its E-Commerce strategies and offering a true multi-channel experience for our customers we are now looking for a Web Content Administrator to join our Programme Development team.

Purpose of the role:-

Reporting into our Head of Programme Development you will be responsible for maintaining the Joules website, working closely with our E-Commerce team with a hands-on approach to supporting business requirements. The Web Content Administrator will also support content delivery, carry out basic cross browser testing and take responsibility for manning the E-Commerce service desk.

What we are looking for:-

  • A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with using content management systems
  • A proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience of using Google Docs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suites
