We now have a unique opportunity for a Payroll & HR Systems Project Manager to join the business on an interim maternity cover basis (minimum 12 month fixed term contract).
Purpose of the role:
To provide an efficient payroll service for the UK and international business areas. Reviewing and developing processes and procedures to ensure they remain fit for purpose and legally compliant as the business grows.
To ensure a robust, audited payroll provision for both the payroll team and retail management teams supported by clear and documented audit processes, regularly checking accuracy of data and compliance with legal requirements
To provide analysis and reporting on financial data relating to payroll – providing timely and meaningful data to the business as required.
To project manage the implementation of a value adding HR & Payroll system to move the payroll and HR Support functions forward.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
